Can anyone help me. Yesterday i had a long run of 10 miles and wore the wrong sneakers, now i have blisters on my feet and i can't run today. Can anyone give me tips on how to get rid of them so i can run today.
Should i just wrap my feet?
Should i let them heal and then run?
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks, _________________ Trixietre |

Pop 'em so they dry faster, then put some vaseline over that area before your next run for lubrication. That should keep the raw skin from blistering immediately again.

You can also cover them with mole skin. I personally never get blisters, but many of my athletes and teammates have used mole skin and they say it's the best blister treatment you can get. _________________ Time is the fire in which we burn |

If you can pop them, that's usually a quick easy solution. I've never tried mole skin before. |
