THE GREATEST CHALLENGE YOU WILL FACE IS THE INCLINE OF A HILL
REMIND YOURSELF OF WHEN YOU’RE AT THE TOP HOW REWARDED YOU WILL FEEL
A STRONG MIND AND HEALTHY BODY SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED
