I have a daughter that it was recommended that she ice her feet wearing neoprene toe covers. I see they are referred to on the home page under ice baths but have no idea what I'm looking for or where to find them. Are they special for runners, the cycling ones or what? Any help would be appreciated! |

They should be standard training supply items, nothing sport specific. I guess some people thing it's good to avoid frostbite.

If your iceing your feet for so long that your toes are getting frostbite I think you're probably over doing it.
It's usually not recommended to ice any area of the body for more than 15 minutes. Anything longer and you can start to do tissue damage. So you're probably better off using a watch and keeping an eye on the amount of time you're iceing your feet as opposed to buying neoprene toe covers. _________________ Time is the fire in which we burn |
