[AM_Runner]

Hey everyone - its gonna take me a while to get through all of what it looks like I have missed here but wanted to post a note here for some help...

Has anyone here run or coached at Rim Rock Farm– the Kansas U course in Lawrence? A kid I am helping out is running there on the 8th for the USATF National Junior Olympics XC – I wanted to try to get a simulated course together for her in Princeton this weekend and to plan a bit of race strategy.
