Marian Jerzy Woronin (born 13 August 1956 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki) was a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
He competed for a Poland in the 1980 Summer Olympics held in Moscow, Soviet Union in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Krzysztof Zwoliński, Zenon Licznerski and Leszek Dunecki. His fastest time of 10.00 s was rounded up from 9.992 s, thus giving him the distinction of being the only white sprinter ever to run under 10 s for the 100 m, albeit unofficially. [1]
