|

We've all heard family, friends, bystanders, and race volunteers shout words of encouragement as we pass them by during a race. But have you ever wondered whether certain supportive messages you heard were more motivating to you than others?
I'm part of a group doing a survey to learn whether runners with specific personality traits prefer certain types of support or encouragement during a race. If you could find a few minutes to fill out the on-line survey linked below, it would be greatly appreciated and I think you will also find it interesting.

Thanks for your help! |

That was long... I filled it out, but the most of the questions in the last section were basically the exact same thing! That was a little annoying. _________________ My Athlinks profile - some road races I've done and stuff |

Unfortunately all of the scales we found that we could use were pretty long and somewhat repetitive. Believe it or not these were some of the shortest ones we could find that were useful.
Thanks again for your participation. |
