I am really frustrated at the moment. I am having ridicolous trouble getting a hold of the AAU for their summer regional races. The reason why I prefer AAU to USATF at the moment is that I hear AAU has a steeplechase race. Something of which I would really like to try  . After all, I am a sub 5 minute miler (as proven last saturday), and I know how to do hurdles. Any hints on getting a hold of AAU? Or on doing the steeplechase? |

I would try contacting local youth clubs and see if they can direct you to the appropriate person, or at least set you up with a schedule.
