I am new to running, and have a slightly embarrassing question. Does anyone have any advise on avoiding / treating chaffing between the legs and on the chest / nipples? Thanks. |

Vaseline. Cheap and very effective.

Another option for the thighs is to wear a longer cut short. I have found that soccer shorts work real well for this. _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |

I guess it varies with the brand or style. I haven't had that problem with mine. _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |
