I coached college up until very recently and coach HS now. I ran the mid-distances for the most part, dabbling in the sprints and longer stuff.

Once upon a time I ran the sprints ... Have coached a bit and "advise" a lot of friends that coach now ... Thinking about starting my own club once my kids get a bit older ...

I run track and sometimes 'coach' my teammates when they need it (ie; mental techniques and confidence boosting)

Current P.B.'s

1. 060 m 8.00 seconds
2. 100 m 14.5 seconds
3. 200 m 30.0 seconds
4. 300 m 51.0 seconds
5. 400 m 73.0 seconds
6. 800 m 2:57
7. 1.6 K 6:44.0
8. 5 K 22:53.0

Old P.B.
