Well, not knowing who Jess Lewis is, I can't really say if that dates you or me...

Something like 3 time NCAA Champion from the mid to late 60's. All Pac-10 defensive tackle for the 67 Giant Killers who beat USC and OJ and knocked them out of the Rose Bowl.
Like I said, that dates me.
...Lake O : 20 min of buildup 300's with the 100 at 90% followed by 100 jog; 20 min 200 at sub 5K pace with 200 jog. Though I think we ran more like sub mile pace. Over 5 3/4 miles with warmup and cooldown. _________________ Paul

Excellent running! Keep that up and we won't believe you much longer when you downplay your fitness.
I take it Lewis played with Terry Baker?

Terry Baker was early 60's before Dee Andros arrived.
Remember, sub mile pace is anything faster than 7:15 so I haven't "arrived" yet, but I do appreciate your kind comments. Notice how I bury these workout tidbits so no one can find them but you!!
I should check out how a workout like this correlates with Greg's Calculator. _________________ Paul

Clever!
For some reason I thought Baker was '66, but maybe it was '63?
