Hi. I just recently started running. In high school, I trained as a sprinter, but I am trying to work up my endurance as a long distance runner, but am not really sure how to begin. I run 2 miles each day and I run it in a time of 20mins usually. I don't know if that is a good time or not. I not only wish to get back into shape, but I truly wish to be a good runner.
