Hmmmm! Seems like one would get overtrained rather quickly. Just stepping on the track would put your heart rate in the VO2 Max range. Probably burn out as many heart rate monitors as Mad Dog has burned out treadmills!! Surprised

If I had ANY luck with team 2 it would be more than with team 1.

One thing you can say about team 2...ain't no hogs there! Very Happy

Of course, as old and wore out as I am, I doubt I could even warm up with those ladies.
