I have found calculators for long jump based on speed, but is there one out there based on a standing long jump?

I don't know of any. The standing long jump does not correlate well into determining how far you will long jump. It is more an expression of power which you need in the long jump but speed is what gets you distance. I noticed you had other questions in the thread and will try and give you some tips later when I have some time.

How reliable are those calculators?

How do I use a calculator to find percentages? I knew how to do this at one point but it has totally skipped my mind. Let's say I wanted to figure 40% of 5000 (I can do it in my head - 2000) but can't remember how to do it on a calculator.

I'm not sure of any standing long jump calculators. As Run and Jump said, the standing long jump will have no bearing on regular long jump distance. I'm not sure of the exact equation for calculating percentages on a calculator.
