Kurt and Elisa have a tight back and forth battle for those 3-4 spots...
Whew, that women's 400 must have been one heck of a race. Felix over Richards, 49.70 to 49.72! And Richards dropping down to the 100 with a 11.05? Sounds like two women aiming to prove Conway's theory that sprinters should develop their abilities over the full range of 100-200-400...

yeah that will be good and fun could see some big jumps or drops from this point on maybe I need to get over to Osaka to help my athletes out... haha
