Well I'm doing a lot less running. About less than 10 miles a week, its probably going to stay that way for awhile yet too. Why? Because I have become the school mascot now. Yes that means the head too. Very hot inside their, and I'm learning to stunt too so I've been getting a lot stronger and flexible.

Sometimes you just wind up as it... I was the mascot at my High School - a big old (and I mean old and musty) Lion suit complete with head and all - that thing was sooo hot and stuffy... I think I got it because I was a big School spirit kind of guy and used to go to all the basketball games anyway... It was a blast actually and I loved it but boy was that a hot outfit... hey maybe I could use that to drop a few pounds haha

yeah I'm a very big school spirit guy myself too. It is very interesting though how important hydration and fitness is to being a mascot. As well as finding ways to cool off w/o breaking character.
