thats right. the orthodics are ready. my coach has a training programme. I've taken up a lot of weight lifting. I've gained 6 lbs in the past month. But, I'm able to keep my same pace for workouts. I think I've gained some muscle! But maybe a little fat too... No worries, that will shed off soon enough.

I'm back to work making that no. 1 spot!

That sounds like a mistake to me. You shouldn't be starting back at full steam, unless you enjoy getting injured.

I'm still running fairly low miles yet. I've only ran over 3 once since I started running again. Point is though, my pace isn't as bad as I thought it would be. After all, it had been nearly 2 months since I last ran a workout.

No, the point is, your pace should be slower, otherwise you're inviting reinjury. The easiest mistake to make is doing too much too soon because it feels good at the time. It takes discipline to hold yourself back initially, but it will help you immensely long term.

___|Today, it was first time for me as well; I ran about 1.5 miles from home on my way to the Elizabeth Public Library. It was first time that I ran since I was sent home for the home recruiting and holiday exodus vacation. I need get back or rather keep in shape because I am supposed to report back to the Airborne School as of January 2, 2006. I need to work on my push-ups and chin-ups as well, and keep my belly in good shape.
___|I took it easy -- it took me well under 14 minutes.
