I know that PV best performances (indoor and outdoor) are unified.
Also HJ LJ??
And why is the record of PV outdoor instead indoor (better)?

I believe in all events the indoor record is considered to be the WR when it is superior to the outdoor record ... However it is rare that such is the case ...

The pole vault is affected greatly by the wind ... With tail winds being extremely helpful ... So I would imagine that would be a big reason why the outdoor record is superior ...

In the case of track events, with indoor tracks being so much smaller and with tighter turn radii (sp?) it would be near impossible for the indoor record to be superior ....
