If any of you are going to be running the San Antonio Marathon, Nov. 10th, please say hello.

Mad Dog is the guest speaker at the race, and I will be giving three seminars as the Expo, Nov. 9th, at 11AM, 1PM and 3PM.

Two of the subjects are: "Running Your First Marathon (who the heck talked me into this?)," and "Running in the Heat (don't pour sport's drink on your head!)."

The seminars are free, even if you're not registered for the marathon...but no ripe tomatoes allowed. Dr.(Mad Dog Mike) Schreiber, www.training2run.com

Hey Mad Dog, my first thought was, "whoa, he's dropping down in distance to the marathon?!" Smile I take it you're just speaking, though?

Actually, Dan, I am running. Ran the Leon, Mexico Marathon (6,000 foot altitude) Sept. 22nd, running San Antonio Nov. 10th, maybe Philly the 24th, and certainly Houston Jan 19th.

Tore a hamstring running too many long killer hills during the rainy season, and it still isn't better. But will that stop The Mad Dog? Don't think so - that's why he's The Mad Dog. Does slow me down a mite, though. Ur Fren Mikie www.training2run.com
