Together with my friend, we run about 4-6 days a week, and about 2.5-4 miles a day. We do a lot of intervals.
We have progressed over the last two moths substantially.
We both lost about 6-7 lbs. We both got our 300m times from sub 60s to sub 53s, and I got my 400m time from sub 89s to sub 80s within the last two moths (my drop-off improved, I slow down less over the last 100-200m).
We both still have to lose 45 lbs. more, but I am pretty sure that when we will get there, we both will be able to run 400m in about 1 minute flat. |
