I've seen a lot of shoes available for overpronators. Is there a good shoe type for underpronation.I have a slight case of runner's
knee.Could shoes be a contributing factor?

Best bet, go to a good, local running store and ask them to take a look at you in various shoes. I can never remember which is which with under- and over-pronation, let alone what among the latest shoes available is geared toward which. Smile
