I am wondering what events to run in track this year to make me faster at the 200m. Last year my best time was a 23.9 and I want to make that better so what should I do?

Do you consider yourself an endurance or power sprinter? In other words, do you feel more comfortable in the 100 or the 400? Assuming the 200 is the one you really want to do well at, I would recommend shifting your training slightly away from the end that you are more comfortable with. So, if you feel stronger in the 100 than the 400, doing 400 oriented training will help you run relaxed throughout the 200. If you feel like you've got good speed endurance but not enough speed, then 100 training will improve that aspect.

Cheers,
Dan
