Dear Folks
I am a new runner and very confused about running shoes. I am 6' 4" weight 167 lbs my left foot is a flat foot and my right foot is normal foot.Which running shoes is best fo me?

Hi Dave,

You will most likely need to visit a podiatrist and get fitted for custom orthotics. Store bought orthotics probably will not be tailored enough to your feet to do a good job of balancing things out. The appropriate shoe will be one that correctly accomodates your orthotics, not one that allows for different feet. A good running store will sometimes mix and match shoes for different sizes.
