Hello everyone. I just got back from a JV conference meet. So I decided to give long jump a try. I had never done it, but I thought it might be fun. I only got a 15'3", but did not fault and I did not have good form. I had never even done the long jump, ever. But I like it and I'd like some input on how to simply get better.
