I need to lose off waist and back-------I get some exercise at work--------I run up steps instead of walking. What are some good subjestion?----------I don,t have patience for Atkins Indeurr and Micah are my heroes- and I wished I could keep up with them. Keep me posted guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Idea Embarassed

I'm not sure about the hero status. My weight tends to go up and down like a roller coaster. But I do believe the bottom line (do as I say and not as I do) is to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and small amounts of lean meats. Stay away from fried foods and limit sweets to just a couple servings a week.

And the simple but profound concept of burning more calories than you take in.

There is no secret "diet". Exercise and good nutrition are the key. Bottom line is that building muscle mass will help you lose the fat.

Here are the best tips to lose fat
Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.
