I'll give the same response I always do to that sort of question ... It's an impossible question to answer without knowing more about you, such as what sort of training you've done and what sort of times you've run.

i'm a cross country runner and last season i ran a 2:13 as my pr. I gues my real question is if I should do any running after practice or would that be overworking?

I still can't answer that question without knowing what sort of training you are currently doing...
