Does anyone follow a low carb diet and run regularly or long distances...?
I'd love to hear your experiences and thoughts?
I know that a runner's diet is 60 percent carbs... so I'm just curious if anyone does this low carb?

I tried the low-carb, high protein diet and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It is great for losing fat and looking thinner, but it was my experience that it was nearly impossible to maintain anything close to a decent energy level. I mean it just makes you feel drained all the time. You can feel that the diet is bad for you and that's a bad sign when you can feel that it's not good for you after 2-3 days. And I don't think that low carbs and running mix together too well. Just my thoughts
