I run track and cross country. I have had problems with plisters that are filled with blood. (sorry to gross people out) Does anyone else get them and what can I do to make them go away?

Blisters are quite common, unfortunatley. The best thing is to make sure you have good fitting, broken in, not overly worn shoes. Good socks are a big help, too. If neither of those solves the problem, you can try rubbing vaseline or some other skin lube on the problem areas before putting your socks on.
