what does it take for a girl to get a scholarship for Division 2 in the 100m dash??

I'm not sure what the cutoff point would be, but I'm sure it depends on the school. Probably best to contact schools you are interested in and find out what level of performance they are looking for. You could also look through the prelims of the DII National meet. Most of those competitors are probably at a scholarship level.
