A few years ago I was approached by our local girls running club. They asked me what could be done to help these young runners overcome their side aches. I was amazed at how many of these young girls had side aches. I remember having side aches occasionally when I first started running but these girls where having side aches every practice. After doing some research (yes, there has actually been some legitimate research done on side aches) we decided to test it out on the girls. The coaches were really pleased because they had tools to help these girls. The girls felt that with the combination approach we were taking (core strength, trunk flexibility, breathing and running form) they were able to control their side aches. If you are struggling with side aches. Please check out the program we have developed.

Thanks for sharing. I feel it should be disclosed, however, given the nature of the post ... this is a book being advertised, not an online program that can be freely read. Nothing wrong with that, but it isn't overly clear before clicking on the link.

It's historically true, but I'm working hard to make it less so. I've always joked, I can keep everyone healthy but myself.
