Here is a good article about the Signs and symptoms of over training. I find that restless sleep is my first sign that i am over doing it.

Thanks for the articles. The iron deficiency is interesting and easily taken care of with basic good nutrition.

Yep. If I'm right, the vast majority of overtraining concerns are easily corrected.
