Nothing is free, you gave up minutes of your life to post that chapter. It would be better to also include statistical data of other athletes using that training as proof to convince more people, especially athletes that have experience with various types of training. I would be interested in seeing the results of others before I consider to look into this "tech" training. Afterall, the claims are based upon the results of others.
