Hey guys -- Check out this new spring marathon in York, PA. http://www.bobpottsmarathon.com

It is a fast and flat certified course on the beautiful York Heritage Rail Trail. The race is on May 31, 2009 and it is filling fast. We are limited to 400 runners. There is also a 5k.

* Certified Course
* Medals to all finishers
* Tech t-shirts will cool logo
* Water stops every 2 miles
* Fast and flat course, great for first timers
* Beautiful scenery along the trail
* Track finish
* Festive atmosphere with a water stop competition

Check out the video series that is being made about the marathon. Just visit http://www.videoyork.com/ and click on "running tips."

This marathon is in remembrance of my father, Bob Potts. He was one of the founding members of the York Road Runners in 1975. He is missed, but this race will help his name live on forever!!!!

I hope to see all of you in York on May 31, 2009!!!

Sean Potts

2 hours away? That gives me a thought... Heck of a warm-up and cool-down to/from the race!

It would be just like a mile warm-up for an 800 or 1500!
