I think that Dan's game will always be the best (even though I never seem to be able to win Mad )

but has anyone else joined the IAAF fantasy game for Osaka? perhaps we can create a buddy league and I am sure the knowledgable people here will ensure that we win !

I looked at the rules and the scoring is nothing like what Dan has going here which is much better, and it only goes for one competition not the entire season - but it looks ok.

If anyone else is interested I could set it up?

What do you think

Any idea how they're doing athlete selection? Just picking winners doesn't seem all that difficult if there's no pricing limitations...

Looks to be something like:

pick any 20 athletes, any events - although you are only allowed one athlete per nation (so only one from the USA etc)

Points earnt for the athlete if they finish in the top 1-8 - 100, 75, 50 , 40 etc etc

Hey
Knowing that at the very least 6,000 people participated, I would say the 302nd--place finish is excellent.
