thats a bummer too because Iam starting to lose interest with it being so cold. Good thing I have basketball 2 days a week to keep me running.

All very good suggestions. #3 is the most important, in my opinion, with #2 a close second.

Those are great tips! Of course it is summer now, so the weather is less of an issue, but sometimes it can be just as hard to get outside when it is in the high 90s as when it is in the 20s! Air conditioning is so very tempting...

I need to remember to mix it up with my runs. In the town I live in I could definitely run my errands rather than drive or bike them. And if only I could find a running buddy! I have had 3 bail out on me after one or two 9am runs. Sad...

Yeah thats the truth - for me I find it harder to get out in the heat than the cold...
