Hammer, how about just dividing the time by the percentage. That might make it more accurate, and easier than trying to interpolate.

So 50 sec at 90% would be 55.6 and 80% would be 62.5.

Just a thought...

The first page is now the 'advanced' option which allows you to set up your own time ranges or go straight to the default for each distance.

I've always thought there should be a 'pace' column in the performance calculator...

I didn't want to clutter that tool any more than necessary. It's pretty streamlined for how much data is presented, but adding paces would quickly get out of hand.

Pacing is also a very induvidualistic thing, what works for some doesn't work for others, Ed.
