Hammer, how about just dividing the time by the percentage. That might make it more accurate, and easier than trying to interpolate.
So 50 sec at 90% would be 55.6 and 80% would be 62.5.

The first page is now the 'advanced' option which allows you to set up your own time ranges or go straight to the default for each distance.

I didn't want to clutter that tool any more than necessary. It's pretty streamlined for how much data is presented, but adding paces would quickly get out of hand.
