i have now trained for 3 months, and today i wanted to test my form.
I am a 800/1500m runner.
I did 10*300m on tartan with spikes. 1 min jog rec.
Res: 48,48,50,52,51,51,50,50,49,48.

can anyone predict (i dont know if thats the right english word) my 800/1500m performance?

I would hazard a guess of around 2:05 based on that workout, maybe as low as 2:02. Not sure about 1500m equivalency, but you could run that 800m prediction through the pace calculator in the Statistics & Calcs section.
