Is Pedroso still competing at that high of a level?

I believe Hartwig qualified... I never expect much from him in a championship meet, though. At least he had his eyes corrected. Neutral

Yes Pedroso is competing at the highest level. He won the LJ at last week's Pan-Am games with 8.23m against a mediaocre field. Apart from
Luiz Melis(also of Cuba) who won the Silver and closly pushed Pedroso after leading for 2 or 3 rounds with his best mark of 8.20m.
And also thankyou for correcting me on the matter of Jeff Hartwig

W is only slated for 8th by T&FN. I think he is going to be going to be a big surprise to many people.

By the way, Indeurr (Robert??) your website is interesting, a bit bizarre, but interesting. I shall return.

___It is only a guess. He can jump. This year he has jumped already 2.36 m or 7 feet and 8 and 7/8ths inches.
___As to the web site ... that was the goal.

__There may be one problem with Walerianczyk, he was preparing his best for the junior championships, and he did not expect to go to the worlds. He may not be able to peek again before the worlds are over.
