I ran my first ever 100m/200m sprinters Sprint pyramid on Saturday at my local track at 1.00pm in the afternoon.Once I finished and my calfs were aching like mad.
I have had several baths ad massages and I've woke up this morning, and after lots of massaging and baths both the night before and the two following mornings after, my calfs still hurt.
How long will it take for me to fully recover???

___If you are not injured sooner or later you will recover.
___Usually after very heavy work-out it takes full 48 hours to completly recover.
___Before an sprint pyramid work-out like this, a day before, you should have taken it easy, and today (I assume) you should walk for a couple miles.

___An average marathon runner, not the top 500 in the NYC marathon or so, takes two weeks to recover. An average sprinter, unless injured, takes no more than a few days to recover.
___I am fat, but I love sprint intervals, and I hate anything over 10 K. The longest that it took me to recover was a week. It took so long because I was trying to escape an on-comming injury, and I was successful.

48 hours is a typical recovery time from a hard workout, but if you've just introduced something very new and strenuous, peak soreness (delay onset) usually does not kick in until 48-72 hours after and may take up to a week in total to subside. It's important during that period to not get carried away and try to quickly build on the initial workout. Let the soreness die down before adding anything more, otherwise you set yourself back more than you progressed by adding the new stuff...

Thanks guys for your information. The soreness has nearly completely cleared anyway, so I guess that I am a quick healer. But thanks for your comments anyway.
Thankyou
