This is me coming out of the blocks at home...
I was training in my yard....
I run like a 10.7 unofficial and a 10.9(Electric time) in the 100....
Do u see anything wrong.......

Nice action shot. Smile

Overall form looks very good. Only very minimal bend at the waist. Excellent drive with both arms, and head position looks to be pretty good. Only thing I can see to work on is more extension with the knee on your first step. Tuck that lead foot tighter against your butt on the first pull through and you'll be able to get a lot of spring on the first step without overstriding and losing momentum.

How old are you? I'm guessing around 16?

One other thing: It's a bit tough to tell from the photo, but it looks like your shoulders might be hunched forward. Try staying as straight as possible through the back. If you find that difficult, do lots of lower back strengthening exercises. That may be the most underestimated muscle group in sprinting...

yeh im 16, i run the 100 unofficial time in a 10.7
but my other time is a 10.93
