Hi.....currently i run a 10.9. And it seems that i've gotten stuck at it....And i just cant break through to the 10.6-10.7....is there anything i can do to break through? Is lifting more the answer? or does it lie more in my form? Or should i work on everything? Thanks for you help

It could be any number of things. What are you doing currently? Training, lifting, drills, nutrition, hydration, rest, etc.? There are lots of variables, and they affect everyone differently.

Currently....i lift every other day...mostly leg workouts....then a little bench pressing, curling, and tricep stuff. Then on the other days i will be outside running....i'll do some hills(the hill is about 200m long) where i sprint up the steep side and overspeed down the opposite and less step side..(that i do once a week) then the other days i run 5-250s 4-150s 3-75 2-50 then on starts.

Ok, that helps. Every other day is good for lifting, assuming you are working all the different muscle groups each time. Bench press really does nothing for you, but it probably won't hurt, either. It sounds like you're not running on your lifting days? You should definitely be getting some light running or cross training in between your hard workouts; keep the blood flowing and the muscles loose.

I can't say I'm in favor of combining uphill and downhill sprints in the same workout. That sounds dangerous. Also, the interval workout sounds like far too much quantity (number of intervals, not necessarily distance) as a staple of short sprint work. I can't imagine you have much left in your legs for starts after that?
