Dan, are you helping out at the Track Meet this weekend? I'll probably go for the distance races on Friday, if it isn't raining. May go Saturday too, if I don't have much work to do. |

That and the few days before the 10k. I'll need to start doing leg weights to strengthen the quads and thighs if I don't want to continue the pattern of running 2 months, no running 3 months. |
